These were made with an air drying resin based clay called Lumina. It turns into a plastic like material after it dries so it's flexible and waterproof.

They're so beautiful and imaginative. You have a good eye for colour (this might be an understatement).

I get Lumina clay from joann.com. The clay is a semi-transparent white, so you can customize the colors by mixing in acrylic paint.
